Commuter and off-campus students are not required to have a meal plan, but may chose any of the Colonel or Commuter Plans.

All meal plans are a two semester agreement.
Unused Dining/Flex Dollars will be carried over from the Fall semester to the Spring semester, but are not carried over to the next academic year. At the end of the Spring Semester all unused Dining/Flex dollars will be eliminated
Unused Meals are not carried over and need to consumed in the semester in which the meal plan is purchased.
To purchase a commuter meal plan, please access the Student page of the Wilkes portal. Under the Housing and Dining section, there is a link for My Off Campus Dining follow the prompts to self-select the plan and have it added it the Wilkes ID and student bill.
Visit the portal, click "Housing and Dining" of the Student Services of the page to select your commuter meal plan
