What is a Meal Plan?
A Meal Plan unlocks delicious meals, coffee, snacks, and more, at 4 locations across campus. Your Meal Plan includes Meal Swipes, Dining Dollars and Flex Dollars, conveniently loaded onto your Wilkes University ID or the GET App. No need to carry additional cards or cash!
Meal Swipes
Meal Swipes give you access to our all-you-care-to-eat dining location, Henry’s Dining Hall. Your meal swipes may also be used at GrilleWorks, Which Wich and Greens to Go, please see the Cash Equivalency section for more information! All meals must be used in the semester in which the meal plan is purchased. They do not roll over to the next semester.
Dining Dollars
Dining Dollars may be used at any Wilkes University Dining location. Visit our locations page for location information, including dining hall menus and hours of operation.Flex Dollars
Flex Dollars may be used at any Wilkes University Dining location and a list of select local vendors. Visit our Flex Dollar Page for participating locations. Unused Dining & Flex Dollars will be carried over from the fall semester to the spring semester but are not carried over to the next academic year. At the end of the spring semester all unused Dining & Flex Dollars expire.
Meal Exchange
You may also use your meal outside of Henry’s Dining Hall. Your meal has a cash equivalency value at Rifkin Café at GrilleWorks and Which Wich, as well as at Greens to Go in the P.O.D. Market in the Stark Learning Center. Each location has a meal exchange option, please note it will differ by location. When you use a meal plan swipe in the Dining Hall on the 3rd floor of Henry's, the cash equivalency option would not be available for that meal period. Otherwise the Cash Equivalency swipe may be used once during each meal period each day.Bonus Meals
Each Colonel Meal Plan comes with 4 Bonus Meals that can be used at Henry’s Dining Hall, our all-you-care-to-eat dining hall. You can use these meals to treat a family member or friend to a meal.Meal Plan Benefits

Managing Your Plan
Students may check their Meal Swipes balance:
- By requesting your balance on your receipt after a purchase at any dining location
- Visit the meal plan office on the 3rd Floor of the Henry Student Center, open Monday-Friday 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Students may check their Dining Dollar & Flex Dollar balance:
